The History Of The Bonzos (Deluxe BF Edition) Part 2: 1971-75

For Sam Spoons and Dennis Cowan (thanks Furrball!)

Here's part two of the planned career-spanning Bonzo family set. Each part is about the length of  2-CDs.  Each includes virtually all of their band and solo singles/EPs, with key album tracks and quite a few rarities sprinkled in. I changed it to (mostly) chronological order and tagged each track with its original cover/label.  When completed, I hope that these collections will play as if the Bonzos had never disbanded, just continued on their mad, merry way.

Frank, I don't know where else to ask this question, so please forgive it landing here: but will the David Bowie singles be posted again? I discovered them just as the cloud shifted unfavorably. Thank you, Frank, for so much that was reposted, but that one... got away. So far. :-/ Gracias for all your work. I have nothing but gratitude.

"Get out of my way, I'm extremely important" quote mentioned in Comments for Part 1(below) is also unfamiliar to me. However, I can't imagine that it could have come from ANYONE else but Vivian. I have already used it as my own twice in 24 hours. THAT's how absolutely perfect the humor of Stanshall has always been to me. It wasn't like it could have been a joke he had written. Vivian was too busy bemusing his own demons to have ever written such lines. More likely, it was something spontaneously spewed to the door of the laundromat with both hands full. The man was absolutely in his own world and that world was pure irony leaving no reason to consider things like formality or political correctness. THAT's the funny 'irony' that Vivian was haunted by...just the razor sharp Freudian instincts he was born with. Had he been known as a virtuoso pianist you can bet that the piano would be detuned regularly by a different person each time using an annealed tuning fork. Most likely, the laundromat door had been disrespectful and deserved the verbal slapping. That the moment didn't escalate into mayhem must have meant a mutual understanding had in fact been realized. Nothing humorous about it...except for the irony!
It will be a hundred years before the world even laughs about it not being a joke. Time to clip the poodle into a coffee table.
So, theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere!

Thank you, BlankFrank!
I never forget to say 'Thank you'...
THAT's Stanshall's fault and a perfect example of residual effect one can expect after being bent by the man. You're never really straight again.

Hi Frank, the link for this appears to be down. Thank you for this and everything else on your excellent blog.

@Psychfan...
Yandex is working...
Zippy showed the 'Download Now' then went to the red bar. So, I clicked it again and quickly hit 'download now' and it started downloading perfectly. I would use Yandex because Zippy is starting to act psychotic for me at other locations. But, they both worked just a minute ago.
